How I work
Supply chains don’t fail at the warehouse. They fail at the planning table.
Five years across manufacturing, FMCG and retail distribution in the UAE and India. I turn demand signals into replenishment decisions, keep production supplied, and build the Power BI reporting that shows it working. Along the way I have worked with the supply chain teams of Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Almarai and Dabur.

Daily demand follows a normal distribution, and the same random draws are reused as you change the inputs so each change is comparable. Unmet demand is lost, not backordered.
